One of our pullets (about 10 months old dark brahma bantam) seems a little off colour today, she is just not as energetic as usual, and then I found bloody poop in the waterer (Note to self, move waterer!) and then under their roost. They do free range for a few hours every day and I could only find a few bloody looking poops. However they look pretty normal otherwise... could this be her shedding her intestinal lining, what the heck is that anyway and why?

Intestinal lining is not a bright red blood color. If she's not acting right, she may have coccidiosis and need some treatment like Corrid.

It very well could be coccidiosis and needs to be treated immediately. Corrid should work and you can get that at most farm stores.
