We don't know what's causing it is my biggest concern. That and her lack of an appetite. Just continue supportive care. I would get a digital food scale ASAP and start tracking her weight. You may need to start tubing food as well. A sick chicken loses weight fast. Like overnight fast. Once they get down too far, they're almost impossible to bring back up. Tracking weight is very important.
