Bloody poop with chicks

I'd clean it at least once a day. Pine shavings would help immensely.

Feed wouldn't have done this, no.
Thank you, how often should I deep clean with ammonia? Everyday? I am cleaning and replacing paper towels a few times a day, trying to minimize ground contact with dropped poop.

I would not clean with ammonia at all. Just rinse with diluted bleach water, dry, and replace paper towels. As long as you're replacing them a few times a day, I'd maybe do a good clean once every morning.

Ok will do. Do I need to worry about this later in the road. I assume all chickens housed outside carry a form of coccidia? Once these are treated am I fine to eventually introduce them to the rest of the flock?

Likely not, but any chickens can get it. Warm, moist, soiled environments are the highest risk. Most chickens that are established outside have already built up an immunity to it though. Yes - they will be fine to join the flock once they are all better!

Thank you so much for the help. I just want to give them the best at life.

Absolutely! Keep updating us here on how they're doing.
One of the chicks has developed wry neck out of nowhere. Could this be caused by the amprolium? Coincidentally this is one of the 4 chicks I bought from another breeder in which my mottled houdan developed slipped tendon. Could this be from the breeders stock in which their parent birds didn’t have enough vitamins? I’m not buying from that breeder ever again as 2/4 chicks I got from her developed issues. I bought kaeco selenium and vitamin e gel on Amazon and should be here in a day and also trying to get some sunflower seeds down in its diet. What else should I do?
