BLOODY POOP!

This morning I was refilling the chickens free-feed grit and oyster shell in the run, when I noticed some bloody looking poop on the ground. I'll attach a photo. I have no idea who it's from. What should I do?

I can't tell if that's bloody poo or not...however, if u suspect it us u should treat yr flock with corid right away. If one has it..chances r others do 2.

I don't think that's blood...just some goopy cecal poop.

They are all acting completely normal and all laid eggs today.
