Chicks born with 2 vents can be a common birth defect. Many have reported here on older threads that both vents work, and the chickens have grown into adults. It doesn’t hurt to treat with Corid if she has been having intestinal shed or blood for a week. It is a safe medicine.

Here is a thread where many reported chicks with 2 vents that had laid eggs:

Not a pristine pic, but shows the situation clearly...good job.
Where did you get this chick?

I would say there could very well be trouble down the line.
I got her from family farm and home along with another chick who is doing good.

She does poop out of both of them she has been very hard to take care of since she was a chick she used to have really bad poopy butt, I am worried for when she is laying eggs because I don't want my baby to get hurt.
