Bloody vent area

We have one Buff in the incubator that has a bloody swollen look around its vent area, none of the others look like this. Other than that the chick seems to be fine, it has only been hatched for about 12 hours now. Suggestions on anything we need to do with it anyone?

The other chicks aren't pecking it are they?? Maybe put some triple antibiotic ointment on it so it doesn't get infected.
