Blowing eggs out, how long to keep contents?

My kids and I are going to do some Christmas ornaments with egg shells and I was going to blow them all out today. How long can I keep the contents covered in the fridge? We are going to do a large omelet for breakfast tomorrow. Would it be OK?

they sell liquid eggs in large plastis bags to restraunts and military and such..

Post pics of the ornaments when they are done, I'd like some ideas

I'd keep them the same amount of time you'd keep a cooked egg dish in the fridge.

Thank you everyone. I am working with an 8 year old and a 4 year old so they will be pretty simple. We are going to paint them with white glue and then roll them in glitter. Then I have those long pins you use for beading so I am going to put some pretty beads on them, put them through the holes from blowing out and make a loop at the top to hand them with. That is the theory. lol. I'll send pictures when they are done.
