BLR Wyandottes and Blue Marans

Picked up some LF chicks this evening. I was on the waiting list for Blue Laced Red Wyandottes and Blue Marans.

I only ended up with 2 chicks each that actually look BLR and Blue. What colors are the non-blue chicks? I completely forgot that even out of two blue parents all of the chicks would not be blue. Bummer.

I am guessing the non-blue Marans are just black? One of the babies is considerably more silver than the others. Is (s)he a splash? I am not sure what splash should look like at this age. I know Splash in OEGB are really light colored as babies, so I am guessing he is just a more silvery version on the black babies, but he definately stands out so I didn't know.

What color will the Wyandottes that aren't BLR be?

Here is a video of them if that helps identify them. For some reason my camera was not wanting to take good pictures tonight.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. These are my husband's pet project.

you got some blues, but mostly blacks

You can get Blue, black or splash our of your BLRW's. Those lighter ones, should be splashes.

So did I not get any actual blues then? There are only ones that I would associate with being black and then the light colored ones you say are splashed. Nothing inbetween (unless blues look almost exactly like blacks...two of the darker chicks' stripes are more brown than the 3rd's which is black). So are the black ones black laced red or just black? I am not sure how that carries over, so that is mostly what I was wondering. I know color genetics for about every type of animal but birds/chickens...these are throwing me off for some reason.

I took some pictures so that maybe it is easier to see...

This color is splashed rather than blue?

And what about these? Notice the one on the left is more brown and the one on the right is black...does that make a difference?
