BLRW & Copper Maran 9 WKS GENDER???

Here is a BLRW (all pictures of same bird). 9 weeks and no out right signs of being a roo. What do you think? Also here is a single pic (kept running away) of my copper maran. When little he/she would chest bump with my cochin now recognized as a rooster. But lately hasn't shown any boyish behavior. Like many I am in a city ordinance where roosters are not allowed. So….trying to figure out
how many roo's I need to find homes for. Thanks

They both look like pullets IMO!
