BLRW - Do I have a pullet and a cockerel?

Blue (Splash) laced red wyandottes! These guys are about 16-17 weeks old. They got off to a slow start due to illness, so I think they are developmentally a little delayed. I’m thinking from the feather pattern and the difference in comb/wattles that I have one pullet and one cockerel. Can anyone verify?
