The chicks are 25 days old (3 weeks & 4 days) Is this to early to determine genders? I have read that you can pretty much tell in the 4-6 weeks old range. I may be jumping the gun. The man i got them off of said i was getting a mix of BLRs, Splash, and Blacks. Thanks guys

Jury is still out, but if I HAD to guess. I'd say #1 is a roo.

those look like gold laced but the lacing doesnt look right on them (or is that just me?) they are still a bit to young for genders

I hope #1 is a Roo...he will be my splash Roo so i can breed him to get more BLRWs. Im almost 100% that he (it) is a splash, it is already getting white feathers.

The man i bought them from said they were pure. So, im trusting his word. Although golden laceds are really pretty too!

The black phase BLRW looks like a golden laced Wyandotte . If u cross the black phase with a splash they throw 100% blue . I say 1 and 5 are Roos
