BLRW runt?

I have a 3 week old bantam who has not grown at all. It is about a quarter of the size of the other two. It also has not grown any feathers yet - other than the couple little feathers on the wings they hatch with. It eats and drinks well. Any ideas? Should I do anything to help it?

I had a BR runt who did the same thing. He was smaller than the same-age bantam cochins, while the rest of the BR's were twice as big as the cochins. He feathered very slowly as well. I put him in with the bantams, where I could watch him more closely to make sure he ate.

By the time we butchered them at 18 weeks, we could no longer tell the runty boy apart from the rest. He caught up. I hope your pretty BLRW does too.
