BLRW sexing

Agreed. The Silver-laced bird is a cockerel. He almost appears Blue Silver-laced (which I haven't seen in Wyandottes yet) but he also has some red leakage in some areas. He's definitely mixed. The one pullet that looks straight up like a Golden-laced Wyandotte probably is. There's a chance she is Black-laced Red as breeding birds with the Andalusian Blue gene results in birds that are Blue, Black, or Splash; however, going by the decent red coloring on the pullets that are definitely Blue and the single Splash pullet I'd be inclined to say she's not BLRW unless she really got the short end of the stick with the mahogany gene. You can see some beautiful BLRW here.
