Is this a Black laced or a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte? Any indication of gender?

I'm not expert on marans, but I can tell gender and at this age there are no way of telling without a sex-link, but you can post more pics as he/she grows up and we may be able to tell.

That is a Blue laced Red Wyandotte. Too young to.tell the gender.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by black laced. i'm guessing you are talking about gold laced.
But the blue laced red do tend to be a bit lighter as chicks. its a bit young to be able to tell for sure. maybe you could wait a few weeks then post another picture.

It's small compared to other chicks that were born one day before, so I'm hoping pullet!
