I mainly wanted to say that I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

Shipping is very hard on eggs and hatch rate can be pretty low even from one state to another, in US. I don't think fragile eggs would still be viable traveling for such a long distance.

Sometimes people travel here from other countries, and take eggs back home with them. I would imagine there are many rules governing this. But the traveling with people would be safer than having them sent through the mail in a box.

I agree with @drumstick diva, if it is permissible and there is someone traveling from one country to another, that may be the way to get the fertile eggs you want.
