Blue Amerecauna bantam... Roo? S/he started to "sing" this week

Hi all, I'm new to this chicken game and I'm loving it... But straight runs are starting to erk me
This little bird is 12 weeks old, I just found homes for 3 other roosters... They crowed for a good 2-3weeks before finding homes... This one, not a peep till the others were gone... Now I'm seeing/hearing it "sing" in the morning! Thoughts?

I'd say roo based on the redness of the comb.
