I have a pretty little blue bantam not the best feathering but wonder how I got him.My roo is white would the hen be black I actually have a showgirl white roo too so maybe either of those with a black hen?

If the mother was black, one of the white males is carrying at least one blue gene.

and when I think about the white roo actually had a blue hen for a mother so there is the blue gene.I have 3 hens that are white but who's mother was also a blue cochin so will they throw blue if breed to white roo

The whites sound like recessive white; it 'stops' all other colour. If you breed two white birds together you will get white offspring.
Of the white hens whose mother was a blue cochin they will have had a 50-50 chance of inheriting a blue gene. The only way to find out which ones inerited the blue gene would be to breed them to a non white bird; a black would probably work best.
