Blue cochin 3weeks old today do I have a cockerel?

The chick in question has nowhere near the leg feathers as the other four. Seems to stand more upright. Even the comb doesn’t seem to be as well developed as the others. Do I just have a slow developing pullet or did I get a cockerel slipped into my pullet order. I know it’s early but any thoughts are welcome and appreciated.

You are talking about the one in the front right of the first picture? It is too early to tell but I am voting pullet

Thank you…that is my hope. I have a white crested rooster that was in my pullet order from this same hatchery. That’s why I was a bit concerned.
