Blue Cochin, not walking well?

My blue cochin baby is not walking around all that well. Or getting around I should say. It does not look like extreme cases of spraddle leg but it doesn't look normal either. The others are super active and he is not. He acts really sleepy and I never see him running around like the others. He kinda let's everyone trample him. Yesterday night I fed them all egg yolk and honey. Including him. He does drink water. We've named him PangurBan. Any help is appreciated. I think I love him the most.

He died. I found out that there was a respiratory illness making it's rounds.
