Those two are so pretty. I like the lighter one most. My is just starting to feather out. It has white tips on its wings, black is coming in behind that, and the feet are getting white feathers on them. I have no idea what to expect now. Im pretty sure its a cochin. Ive had cochins in the past and this chick looks just like one. But it would be a Large Fowl if it is. Cause its as large as my RIR which is the same age as her.

Ive been wanting to get some standard cochins. Cant wait. Although I do have to since well I am over my limit

I never get over how they behave when they start getting like they are now at a few weeks old. The first week is sort of boring. They just sleep, eat and poop. But after they start feathering out they begin bouncing around and trying out those new feathers by flapping the wings. I had a silkie go circles today, trying to take flight around the food container. lol it was hylarious. The silkies are a hoot. They keep running into each other. One starts doing it then its contagious and they all start doing it and before you know it they smack into another lol

I watched chicken tv all day today. Didnt get much done. They are just sooo entertaining.

Me too I sit in the stupid coop with spiders on the ceiling (I have a fear of spiders you know anacrphobia mmmm anachraphobia ooooo heck let's change the subject) lol in the rain and cluck to my big chicks daily..

I think I am getting feather headed.

My blues are huge at only three weeks?
