Blue copper maran- rooster?

Attached is a pic of one of my chicks. This one has been acting like a rooster, running at other chicks, jumping around randomly about nothing. Does this look like what a blue copper maran rooster would look like? He even tried to crow the other day! I can't keep any roosters so I need to find him a new home if it really is a rooster.
