For those who raise blue copper Marans: is this rooster's color appropriate for a blue copper Marans? His head and neck are not exactly copper. He has coppering on his wings but I would call his secondary color more of a wheat color. Is there enough color variation in the breed to make him acceptable? He is about 15 weeks old and does have some feathering on his legs. Thanks for looking!
