Rooster breed?

My husband found this guy at his work. I thought he was a blue copper maran rooster but I now think he’s a mix because he doesn’t have feathers on his legs. And they are blue. He needs a home and I’d like to give people a more correct breed. Thank you!

Not all marans have feathered legs, you can just say barnyard mix

I would just advertise him as a large mixed breed, since there is no way to know for sure what he is. And include photos, if possible, since he's such a handsome fellow.
