Blue cuckoo maran roo or pullet?

Hello!
I’m new to having this breed and wondering if the cuckoo maran I purchased as a pullet really is a pullet. He/she is 3 weeks old and has a fairly big comb for age, but it isn’t really red. Also the way he/she is feathering out with not much tail feathers makes me wonder if it’s a roo?
What do you all think?

Definitely looks like a cockerel to me. That comb is pretty big for a 3 week old and if it's feathering slower that could also mean cockerel. But I've never had this breed so I might be wrong.

That comb at 3 weeks says "Cockerel" loud and clear.
