Blue egg chicken id

This hen is about 8 months old and she's just started laying eggs. She is laying blue eggs. Honestly I thought she was going to be a cream leg bar but she does not have a crust so can someone tell me what she is tell me what she is?

Can't tell very well but it looks like she has a small crest.

If there is no crest, could she be a Prairie Blue Bell?

She appears to be a Cream Legbar and does have a crest-it's just on the smaller side!

So the one in the background of this pic is a Crested Cream Legbar? Is the one in the foreground one also? The foreground bird is much younger and I thought was a CCL but it hasn't developed comb/wattles.

I got the background bird at either Orschlen or Tractor Supply, can't recall. The foreground bird I got from Foxfire Pavillions hatching eggs on ebay.
