Blue eyed Baby

So I have a miracle Guinea that we hatched named Chance. She is a gorgeous socially awkward daughter of Sassy and Chill Boy, two pearl gray guineas. They both had brownish green or hazel eyes but our wonderful Chance had blue eyes. I've never seen one with blue before much less one with a blue so intense. Does anyone else have a blue eyed guinea? Or the way to tell me how that little genetic make up happened? Please and Thank you

Chance was hatched june 9th. I don't have any recent or close up photos of her. She's camera shy and skittish. Honestly she had normal eyes when she was born but when she started getting real feathers they went blue.

We had this discussion recently in another thread. Some of us had to go out and check, but we found that many of ours did retain their blue eyes. Mine became a darker blue as they grew.

Since Chancey Girl is Sassy and Chills daughter we'ved compared a lot of features. She has her moms feet (instead of being a solid color they both have patches of tan) and we are hopping she gets her dads gobble coloring but her eyes are all her own.
