Blue Fawn Rouen's

Does anyone know how blue fawn Rouen's were created or anyone currently working with them? The blue fawn variety is one of my favorites and am intrigued by these birds.

These are very hard to get it was from a mutation ( i think )in a batch of birds then spread out. I used to have a girl one.
