Blue/Gray/Lavender Silkie Chicks

Gray is the same as silver partridge and the chicks will be chipmunk striped. They will have grey tones instead of brown as chicks and look very different as adults.
Blue is part of blue/black/splash and the chicks at hatch can vary. They can look so light that they look lavender, to so dark that they look black.
Lavender chicks are a very light silver and are uniform in color. This is a fairly rare color still in Silkies.😊

Here’s this little babe I just got. Around 4 weeks maybe… I’m hoping for a self blue or lavender. We originally thought she would be splash. But nope! She might end up just being a dark blue
