Blue Lace red Wyndotte?

i was told I had a Blue Lace Red Wyndotte Rooster. But now I wonder! Can someone tell me what breed he is please?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I had to ask: is that green thing around his neck a no-crow collar? If so, have you had good success with it and do you live in town? Three of the four chicks I've got in the brooder now are cockerals and I'd like to keep one of them with a no-crow collar, but I do live in town and don't want to try my neighbors' patience. Would love to hear how it has worked for you!

My blue laced red wyandotte roo. Sold him before he fully matured but that's more or less what they look like. Mine was from a hatchery so he's not show quality or anything.
