Blue Laced Red Ameracauna Is it possible ?

Yes it is genetically possible. I had silver and gold laced naked necks laying colored eggs.

Just the lacing requires the bird being pure for several genes necessary for decent or good lacing.

Then the deep red requires a different set of genes.

On top of that, you want to keep blue and the gene responsible for green/blue eggs.....

the more genes you want in a bird, the harder it is.

Lastly if you insist on only blue eggs then this will be extremely hard on top of above.

It will be much easier if you are not concerned about them looking like a particular breed, just wanting the combination of BLR and colored eggs. You can accomplish this by crossing a BLR wyandotte with amer or easter egger and breeding the colored egg layers back to pure BLRW.

I know that the blue gene dose not breed true with B Ameracaunas / and Blue Orphington extra ..... Do they also not breed true with some coming our black and splash and blue.
