blue laced red wyandotte - 8 wks - roo or pullet?

I was able to get a pic of this small ‘bump’ on the back of the legs. I FELT a small hard bump on the back of BOTH legs! Yikes. 😳
Does the spur show up that early - in 8-9 wks of age? (Sorry the 2nd and 3rd pic are a bit on the blurry side!)

Anyone else find these on their young cockerels?

If you really want to find out you can do DNA sexing.
We did and I’m so happy we did.
We were convinced our Salmon Faverolles were cockerels because their feathers are so muddy and dark. They are also the two most aggressive.
Well, they are in fact girls.

Ours is quite aggressive, assertive... very dominant of the two new ones we just got. How is the "DNA sexting" done? I can also look it up. Thank you!!
