Hi. I was interested in how this cross might look. Feathered legs? Color? Etc. Here are the parents. If anyone has any idea your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Gray Farms @Frazzemrat1 ? Any guesses? If you'd be willing to give me your thoughts I would really appreciate it. Thanks :D hoping for a fun cross. If any hatch I'll post update pics in case anyone is curious about the cross.

That's a tough question. Genetics are difficult especially for me! Your hen is beautiful, I wish I had her. The feathered feet seem to be genetically strong so my guess is Yes, feathered feet most likely. Color? That's anyone's guess. Some genes that are strong and dominate can't be seen. I have a pure white jersey giant roo. ALL his offspring are predominately black! I didn't expect that. Maybe someone else with better understanding of genetics will jump in and help. I do want to see those chicks when they come! Good Luck! :D

Thanks for the reply! I'm excited for them! I'm actually trying one in a cup, here's that thread https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/half-shell-hatch-a-long.1371380/#post-22561205 if you want to follow. Someone said maybe some Blue and Black laced red looks. I'm excited for these babies. I just set one egg yesterday. Since the dad is bantam, maybe it will be smaller? Thanks for the compliment on my girl, she's from Meyer. I was thinking it's be fun to show her in 4-H.

Modified pea combs, feathered legs, yellow skin, black & blue buff columbian, some or most will have some lacing.
"Black and blue buff columbian"? Sorry if that's a dumb question, lol. Is that the coloring they'll have? Thanks for your reply.

So they should look similar to these? Hopefully they'll go broody as adults?

One last question. Not to bother you, but do you know what that Buff Brahma Bantam roo X Partridge Cochin hen would look like? The hen in the back of my first pic is her.
