ok well, my blrw chicks may not be blrw after all... LOL guess i didn't have them segregated long enough, because they hatched with a bunch of EE eggs (dorking/ee mix) and of the 10 to hatch, 2 were blrw eggs. but 3 have only 4 toes, the other 7 have 5 toes each (dorkings have 5). of the 4-toed babies, one has feathered feet (my ee roo is to blame there!) and another has feathered legs but not feet! the last one looks like a blrw, but the legs are a darker color than i'm used to seeing... so they may ALL be EE mixes. we'll see if the last chick (clean feet/legs) ends up puffycheeked.

i just remembered seeing their add. when i was searching for some for myself. the 13 i have are 5 weeks old today.

I have seen no roo behavior yet. Both are very calm.

1 is a roo and 2 is a pullet ( I am usually 50% correct)

look at the waddle color

Combs look awfully pink and those waddles seem a bit too developed for 9 weeks. I'd guess both cockerals. Just my opinion.
