My 3 BLRW pullets just started laying the last few days, another started today. How long do I wait before incubating their eggs?

I like them both..I took some pics of my birds in the grow out pen this past weekend. I only have the pics of the 2 cockerels on my phone so I will post them now. I will have to download the ones of the pullets from my camera tomorrow.
One blue and one black...the blue is close to 6 months and the black is a couple of weeks older. This pic almost makes the blue look like he has split breast, but he doesn't.
Blue is starting to fill out and widen.
I love this pic - he is facing off against the black cockerel. Look how wide he makes himself look. It almost seems cartoonish lol. It's difficult to tell in these pics, but his comb is looking pretty darned good. The spots on the comb are from his tussling with the other cockerel.
The black cockerel has a more developed chest, but he is a couple of weeks older. His stance and the width between his legs is narrower than the blue.
I really think the black cockerel is developing a very bad comb and he will end up in the stewpot.
I took this at feeding time and his beak is covered in fermented feed.![]()
Sorry for so many pics. I would like an honest assessment (as best as can be done by photos). I would like to have a back up roo, and these are the only 2 boys I kept from my fall hatches.
She has some nice birds..So excited! Picking up 18 eggs from Ruth Caron on Friday to incubate! SLW, BLRW, SPW, and Partridge!!! Wooohoo!!!! Here are her birds:
