Blue Lorps at TSC?

I'm very tempted..... but I'm trying to not make any frivolous chick purchases unless they're something I've been looking for because I'm trying to save up for some uber frivolous hatching eggs end of summer.

The Australorp's lay egg's very well. I've never had any of the Frivolous, so I can't say anything about those.

I bought two like that from my TSC yesterday. They were not labeled except for "bantams." I thought I was getting self blue OEGBs, but it would be interesting if they aren't. I'll let you know how they feather out.

Those look like they could be sapphire Gems which is Hoover’s term for what others might call blue Plymouth Rock. However, I picked up some blue variety there a few weeks back and think they may also be blue Australorps. I was kind of hoping they were sapphire gems but now at three weeks I have a definite boy and another very likely boy with the wrong comb (a mix rose comb variety). So I’m trying to figure out if they are blue Australorps. I think they were labeled Australorps but the guy didn’t know what was what so figured they were just mislabeled as I didn’t think Hoover had blues.
