I am getting lovely dark brown eggs from my solid blue marans.
This is my own line of solid blues. I currently have 2 solid blue roosters in with solid blue and solid black hens... some offspring have been blue splash. Most all adults are feather shanked. Photos show eggs color lightest, redest, and darkest. Blue rooster, and blue splash chicks.

Relatively rare - the solid blues are still a work in progress by a few breeders. Im told there are VERY few SOLID BLUE roosters... (most have some degree of coliring in hackles and wings) I got lucky, and have two solid boys! For some reason only hens turn out to be solid.
These eggs will be second and third generation of solids, not exactly "test" eggs anymore. Im asking $50/ doz total including shipping.
I can ship the first dozen tomorrow.

I would like some of these eggs but I am finishing up incubating for the summer in a few days. Can I pre-pay for the fall?

They are beautiful. I will have to keep these in mind for the fall. I really have got to stop right now, LOL.

Sure you can get some in the fall. prepay is not necessary. I have quite a few young pullets that should be laying in the fall... so I will have plenty of eggs coming every day.

I also have a lot of eggs in the incubator, so birds will be available too.

Do you ship your chicks when you have them? If so, how much? I am in MN.

very pretty!!!!! Chicks sounds great too..When would you have some available to ship 12989
