Whatever I get over the weekend- Hens are averaging 2 eggs per day so it should be near 8 eggs.

I will ship out first thing monday am.

I will individually bubble wrap each egg and pack in peanuts.

Blue orpington rooster over blue hens. which will yield 50% blue, 25% black and 25% splash.

I have been told my rooster is exhibition quality by a well known breeder of SQ birds in the area ( who i purchased him from). i have eggs in the bator now, with development and I have seen them breeding for nearly two weeks now since re establishing the breed pens ( the hens were NOT in with another rooster, they were in a hen pen) so fertility should be good. I am happy to send along any extras and occasionally include a suprize egg or two if someone else is laying well... let me know if you do NOT want extras of other breeds !


Some prior hatches : some included splash hens- i no longer have the splash in with the blue.

We decided to collect todays eggs and ship in the AM ... SO since I dont know how to 'edit' the auction format- I will be closing this auction at 10 AM tomorrow AM.

Actually hunter jumper, I do have one turkey that does this about once a week.. At least she did last year...I think she moved her nest.. I don't know why!

No no no lol... i have three hens laying 2 eggs a day- so i figured Fri- Monday I would get about 8 or so eggs plus extras

I do occasionally pull 4 out of there, so someone does occasionally lay two in a day but its rare

Actually, some hens have been known to lay 2 a day, but they are usually your super producers who have been bred just to crank out eggs, like production Leghorns and such.
