Both pullets, it takes a while to learn why, but at 9 weeks old their postures would be different, saddle feathers would be coming in, and the combs would be larger and redder.

these are saddle feathers, they are kind of wispy feathers that swoop to one side on the roosters back.
 
However, the first one is NOT a GLC. It has no feathers on its legs which is a must for GLC and all Cochins.
What type comb does it have. Maybe a GLW? Both girls though.
 
The first one is a GLW - See the flat comb?

The second one couldn't possibly have Ameraucana parents - Its legs look green and its color is typical EE color.

But anyway, they're both pullets.
