Blue or Splash Cockerel?

I posted this question a couple months ago but I want to confirm what color my ameraucana is now that he is older. All three pictures are the same cockerel. He is now 5 months old.

I’m going with blue

Thank you all. I was hoping he was a splash when he was younger but blue is fine. I thought by now he would be crowing but he hasn’t even tried yet which I’m surprised.
