Blue Orpington@ 9 Wks-Pullet? Cockerel?

This blue Orpington will be 9 wks old this Wednesday. He/she feathered out like a cockerel, including the tail, but the other two cockerels have MUCH larger comb and wattles. This one isn't getting them, so I'm hoping it's a crossdressing pullet, LOL. The splash cockerel from this batch feathered out like a pullet, but fooled me and a few other people, so I'm hoping I have the opposite situation with this blue one. What say you? Christina, this is one of yours.

How does its leg size compare to that of the other 2 known cockerals?

Hard to say, really. I believe the legs are a bit smaller on this one, but you know these Orps. Even the ladies are pretty hefty sometimes.

I do know how tricky they can be. I am leaning toward pullet. I had several that I went back and forth on until finally they proved themselves to be pullets.

Yes, I think it's official now. She still looks girly even after more time has passed. She just has a boyish tail is all. SO, Suede's new ladies are Dusty and Smoky (DH liked Smoky). Since the splash turned out to be a girly man after all, glad this one is here, so at least, I have two new ladies rather than one.
