Blue Polish Frizzle

Came across a picture that was labeled a "Blue Polish Frizzle".
Is it possible? Never seen anything like it and am dying to find out. THE cutest thing I ever seen!

And what's even better is that hubby was flabbergasted and said "We need that chicken!" which never happens

Self Blue Polish aren't too common, but yeah, it's possible and Frizzled Polish are out there.
