I have inherited 3 beautiful babies from my sister and never knew a chicken could be SOOOO tiny Love the breed but know nothing! When will they start laying and can brother and sisters be a suitable match for babies in the future?

I personally would not breed chickens so close together in genes.

Yes they can be bred together for many generations with little to no new blood added. It can actually be beneficial as it will make any faults pop up with those breedings. Many breeders of gamefowl, including myself, have used this method with success. But just make sure you do get new blood after a few generations so that the inbreeding does not become to severe.
