Blue Rose Comb Chicks

I have incubated about 12 Blue Rose Comb Chicks.The problem is all are not grey some are white and some mixed colors,any idea why?
Another question is how long they take to mature?They are about month old but still very small.I am raising them first time so need guidence.
I give them poultry feed,soaked bread and once a week boiled eggs.

You may want to put your first question in the genetics or breeds forums. All they really need at this age is chick starter. Bread is not very nutritional for them. I see that you are in Pakistan so I don't know what you have available for feed. If you have anyone near you that raises chickens, I would talk to them about what they feed and what is available to you there.

I know very little about genetics but I do know that many blue birds don't breed true. Some breeds will produce all blue babies if the parents are both blue but many will produce splash ( usually white/blue/black ) blue, black or white. Some breeds only produce blues if the parents are black and silver.
