Blue Silkie Gender?

Hey guys I have a blue silkie and it is about 13 weeks old. When we got him/her they said that it is a 50% chance that it will be a hen. I was wondering if it is a hen or a rooster.

Well, there's always a 50% chance any chicken will be a hen This guy, however, is a cockerel.
