Blue Splash Maran hasn't laid YET!

My BSM is 32 weeks old on Monday and has not laid her first egg yet. My other 4 pullets are all laying so she sees what's they're doing and where the nest box is. There are no eggs in my yard hiding under bushes. Is this normal? Is it possible she'll never lay?

So chickens will never lay eggs but i highly doubt yours wont.Just give her time.Chickens dont all start laying around the same age.

I got her when she was a day old. She's very docile, friendly and healthy and just in the past week started to do a very mild squat as if I was a rooster.

I've had some take closer to a year to lay.

I use New Country Organic Layer feed which they love.
