Blue Splash Marian chickens Acting Strange

I have two blue splash Marans. One is a rooster one is a hen. They don’t seem to stick with the flock and they don’t perch at night. Does anyone else have this problem?

How old are they and when did you add them to the flock?
More info needed to even begin to find the problem and solution.
-your flock size(numbers, ages, genders).
-your coop(size in feet by feet with pics).
