Blue, Splash or mottled??

Any idea what coloring this looks to be? Roo is blue mottled hen is either my black mottled or blue splash

My guess is blue...I haven't hatched a lot of blue/splash/black colors, so I could be wrong...but that looks like blue to me. Splash is yellow with grey smudges in spots. Black is black chick.

It looks blue to me as well, but it could very easily be blue mottled too. If it feathers in with lots of white on its chest, its probably going to end up mottled.
