Blue Spots on Cornish Cross Chick

One of my cornish cross chick has a couple blue spots in his fur. It almost looks like a few drops of die dripped on him. I remember seeing the same thing on these cornish cross chicks at tractor supply, although I bought mine from McMurray. Is it die? Possibly from the hatchery... something to do with sexing?

My layers are RIR's and Light Brahmas. And then I have a few barred rocks and white leghorns that are in a run until they get a little more size on them to release them to the rest of the flock.
