Blue Spots/Scales

Hi guys! My neighbors had an older hen they didnt want to keep anymore (behaviors they dont have the time to care for, but i do) Upon inspection of her health she appears to have some scales on her leg that are blueish almost bruised, i checked her all over for mites, didnt see anything, her Poo looks great (i know ick) I just am wondering if these are just bruises as ive never actually SEEN one on a hen before
