blue tinted comb & diarrhoea

Hi,

One of my 3 ex-battery hens has been having diarrhoea (not sure how long for, I was away when it started but I've been back for 5 days now and it's continued). Last night, an hour or so after they've all usually gone back into the coop, we noticed she was sitting under it & I had to get into the run & put her in myself because she wouldn't move. This morning she hasn't got out of the coop at all she's just been sitting by the entrance (I opened it at 6:45, the other 2 were both out by 7 & it's 10:30 now). Just wondering what it could be & how to help her? Thanks.

UPDATE: she's not eating and is drinking much less than usual

thanks, she actually drank some water after i did that, still only managed to feed her 1 pellet of food but that's an improvement from this morning

anytime your hens have diarrhoea treat it with ACV to stop the diarrhoea

sadly she died on sunday night, it was very upsetting but we had been warned this may happen to our ex-batts & we’re just glad she had a happy & free last 4 months
